摘要:
为得到高分子质量的聚L乳酸(Poly(Llactide), PLLA),研究了包括L丙交酯的制备、提纯、开环聚合以及合成工艺的影响因素和产物的性能评价等内容.在辛酸亚锡(Sn(Oct)2)与氧化锌(ZnO)复合催化剂作用下制备L丙交酯,采用自制的(Sn(Oct)2)有机溶剂为催化剂制备PLLA.并运用DSC、IR、1HNMR、GPC等分析手段对合成得到的L丙交酯及PLLA进行表征.实验结果表明:最终得到了粘均分子量达到294,980的PLLA.
Abstract:
In order to get high molecular weight of Poly (L-lactide), the synthesis, purification, polymerization of L-lactide, the influencing factors and the test of properties are studied. The L-lactide was synthesized under the composite catalysts of Sn(II)2ethyhexanoate (Zn(Oct)2) and ZnO, and the selfmade organic solvent Sn(Oct)2 was used as the catalyst to synthesize poly(Llactide). Besides, the properties of Llactide and poly(Llactide) were characterized by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR), 1HNMR, and gelpermeation chromatography(GPC), etc. The result shows the viscosityaverage molecular weight of Poly(L-lactide) has attained to 294,980.
