摘要:
针对宽频带下魔T设计的可行性进行研究.为了扩展魔T的工作频带,采用了共面波导/槽线混合结构以及槽线到共面波导的“双Y”型转换.通过选取合适的电路结构,并借助微波分析软件,在微带线和槽线的基板上实现了平面型魔T结构的电路功能.依据有限元法理论对其进行仿真计算.测量结果表明,该混合结构的魔T工作带宽达到一个倍频以上,匹配、耦合度以及隔离度都有良好的性能.这种结构的魔T结构简单、性能良好、成本低.同时表明作为一种传输线结构——槽线,有其独特的优点和应用价值.
Abstract:
he feasibility of a wideband planar magicT was presented. Its bandwidth was improved by employing the coupling CPWslotline configuration and multistubs configuration of the CPWslotline transition. By choosing proper circuit structure and using microwave analysis software, the circuit structure of planar magicT was realized based on a microstripslotline substrate. The magicT was optimized using the finite element method. The experimental results show that the bandwidth of the magicT exceeds one double frequency and the performances for matching, coupling and isolating are satisfied. This kind of magicT has many advantages such as simple structure, good concealing and low cost. Meanwhile as a transmission line structure, the slotline has the unique advantage and application value.
