摘要:
针对高温环境下的实时监测问题,红外测温系统采用比色测温法进行测量.红外测温系统的核心技术是光学设计与光电转换,Labview系统作为数据处理和界面显示的平台,实时地给出直观的数据图形和表格.系统工作性能稳定,最大程度地降低辐射率对测温精度的影响,使得测量结果更加接近物体真实温度,可以满足对高温环境的温度测量工作.
Abstract:
Infrared temperature measurement system is an effective means for realtime monitoring of hightemperature environments. To reduce the impact of metal radiation on the temperature measurement accuracy greatly, the system uses Colorimetry method, which makes measurements closer to the true object temperature. Optical design and photoelectric conversion are the core technologies of infrared temperature measurement system. Data processing and display platform are realized by Labview, realtime data is given on visual graphics and tables. The stable performance of the system can satisfy temperature measurement in hightemperatured environment.
