摘要:
介绍了一种以Xilinx公司 SpartanII 系列的xc2s50 FPGA(现场可编程门阵列)芯片为主的嵌入式容栅扭矩传感器测量系统.嵌入式容栅扭矩传感器采用嵌入式设计,特别适合于坦克、装甲车辆等安装空间狭小、对传感器的体积有严格要求的测试系统.以FPGA为代表的可编程逻辑器件在该系统中的应用,可以降低系统PCB板设计的复杂度,抗干扰性能大大提高,功耗低,系统的性能好,可靠性高,操作灵活,测量精度高.
Abstract:
This paper presents a measurement system of torque sensor based on embedded capacitive bar, which is mainly composed of Xilinx company’s FPGA(Field Programmable Gate Array) xc2s50. With the embedded design, the sensor is especially suitable for the test system of tank and armored car that have limit space and strict volume requirement. Represented by FPGA, the application of complex programmable logical device to the system can reduce the complexity of PCB design, improve the ability of resisting disturbance, and has the advantages of low power consumption, good performance, high reliability, flexibility and high measurement precision.
