摘要:
利用虚拟仪器开发环境 LabVIEW构建基于相关分析的涡轮叶片工作状况监测系统. 根据辐射测温原理实现对温度数据的采集,用 LabVIEW编写叶片数据处理、分析与显示的交互平台,并利用ActiveX技术在 LabVIEW中调用MATLAB编写的数据处理程序,实现对叶片健康状况的在线监测. 实验结果表明,该监测方法能快速、准确地实现对叶片的分割,并实时给出叶片工作的状况.
Abstract:
A monitoring system for monitoring the working conditions of turbine blade was set up based on correlation analysis, using the virtual instrument LabVIEW. First collect temperature data accor ding to the theory of radiation temperature measurement, and then compile the interaction plat form for the blade data processing, analysis and display by LabVIEW, and further, write the program, calling the MATLAB script in LabVIEW based on the technology of ActiveX, so as to realize online monitoring of the blade. Experimental results prove that this monitoring method can achieve division of the blade data quickly and accurately, and show the status of the blade in real time.
