摘要:
分析了当前矿用广播对讲系统的实现方式和存在的问题,介绍了CAN总线的特点,提出了一种基于CAN总线的嵌入式矿用广播对讲系统的设计方案. 系统采用ARM9芯片作为主控制器,以CAN总线作为传输方式,用AMBE算法来对语音信号进行压缩编码,从而降低语音信号对通信带宽的要求,以实现低速率语音信号在CAN总线上的远距离传输. 实验测试结果表明,采用CAN总线实现煤矿井下语音通信,传输距离远,语音质量高.
Abstract:
This paper analyzes the problems of current mine broadcasting intercom system, introduces the characteristics of the CAN bus, and proposes a design scheme of embedded mine broadcasting intercom system based on CAN bus. This system uses ARM9 chip as the main controller, CAN bus as transmission mode, AMBE algorithm to achieve voice signal compression encoding, thereby reducing the requirements of voice signal on the communication bandwidth. This system achieves the long-distance transmission of low-rate voice signal on CAN bus. The experimental results show that voice communication in an underground coal mine using CAN bus is realized for mine long-distance and high reliability.
