摘要:
为了对阀门的冲蚀速率及整体的冲蚀分布进行优化研究,采用ICEM CFD流体分析软件对型号为DN125的阀门及其改进模型内流场进行了数值模拟分析。通过对比结果表明,改进后模型阀芯处最大冲蚀速率下降了60%,平均冲蚀速率下降了67%。改进后的模型能够有效提高阀门的抗冲刷腐蚀特性,同时通过分析结果表明,改进后的模型冲蚀速率的减小与粒子速度的降低有关。
Abstract:
In order to analyze and optimize the erosion rate and the erosion distribution of marine valves,the flow channel of valve DN125 and its optimized model were numerically simulated and analyzed by the ICEM CFD fluid dynamics analysis software.The results showed that the maximum erosion rate after optimization decreased by 60% and the average erosion rate decreased by 67%.The optimization model can increase the properties of coating resistant to erosion corrosion,and the results also show that decrease of the erosion rate of the optimization model is relative to the decline of the particle velocity.
