摘要:
为了突破传统机械凸轮机构的限制,改善柴油机任意工况下的动力性、经济性和排放性能。本文根据发动机全可变配气性能要求,设计一套基于电液驱动的全可变配气驱动系统,在分析配气机构工作原理基础上,基于GT-power建立电液驱动执行器和控制器模型,仿真分析不同工况下全可变气阀的升程和落座速度。结果表明该系统可以实现气阀开启相位、升程以及持续期的全可变,气阀落座冲击较小,可以实现发动机的全可变配气控制需要。
Abstract:
In order to break through the limitation of the traditional mechanical cam mechanism and improve the power, economy and emission performance of a diesel engine at any condition, this paper designed a fully variable valve drive system based on electro-hydraulic drive according to the performance requirements of fully variable valve. Based on the analysis of the working principle of the valve train, this paper established the electro-hydraulic drive actuator and controller model based on GT-power, and analyzed the valve lift and valve velocity in different conditions. The results show that the system can adjust the engine valve phase, valve lift, and the valve opening duration continuously, reduce impact and meet the fully variable valve needs of medium and high speed engines.
