摘要:
为提升羰基铁(CIP)涂层吸波性能,分别添加了电阻型吸收剂炭黑(CB)和透波材料二氧化硅(SiO2),研究不同吸收剂的加入对其吸波性能的影响。用扫描电子显微镜表征其断面形貌,用弓形法测试其反射损耗(2~18 GHz频段)。结果表明,吸收剂的复合化显著提升了涂层的吸波性能。SiO2的加入显著改善了吸收峰值,且随SiO2含量的增加,峰值的改善更加显著。CB的加入也提升了涂层的吸波性能,但由于CB的高导电性,其加入量达到一定程度时,涂层的阻抗匹配条件恶化,吸波性能的提升也逐渐减小。当CB、CIP与聚氨酯质量比为0.1:5:1时,此时涂层吸波性能最佳,在6 GHz处可达-22.1 dB。吸收剂的复合化可有效提高传统吸波涂层性能,合理设计吸收剂的用量,可以获得吸波性能优异的涂层材料。
Abstract:
To investigate the methods improving the absorption properties of coatings using carbonyl-iron (CIP) as absorber, the resistance absorber carbon black (CB) and electromagnetic wave transparent silicon dioxide (SiO2) were added into coatings as composite absorbers respectively to research the influence of different absorbers on wave absorption performance of coating. The fracture surface of coatings was observed by scanning electron microscopy. The reflection loss versus frequency of the microwave absorbing coating was tested in the 2-18 GHz range using the arch method. The results show that adding composite absorbers is an effective way to improve the absorption properties of coatings. Besides, with the increase of SiO2 content, the improvement of peak value becomes more obvious. The adding of CB also enhanced wave absorption performance of coating. However, due to the strong conductivity of CB, when the amount of CB achieves a certain value, the improvement of absorption properties decrease because of the worse impedance match condition. When the coating with the mass ratio (CB:CIP:PU) is 0.1:5:1, the absorption peak value achieves -22.1dB at 6GHz, which shows the best absorption properties. Addition of composite absorbers is an effective way to improve absorption properties of coatings. Designing different addition amount of absorbers can reasonably obtain coatings with excellent absorption properties.
