摘要:
螺纹是仪器仪表和机电设备中应用非常广泛的标准零件,针对传统螺纹测量方法效率低、易引起人为误差的问题,运用机器视觉技术实现了公制、美制外螺纹的中径、螺距、牙型角等参数的非接触测量,并利用WINDOWS操作系统平台和C++ Builder 6.0设计了螺纹测判软件系统.实验结果表明,所提出的方法和开发的应用系统可实现对螺纹参数的高效、准确测量和评判.
Abstract:
Screw thread is a kind of standard part which is widely used in instruments and electromechanical equipment. This paper presents a normal thread measuring and evaluating software based on WINDOWS operating system and C++ Builder 6.0. As a result, the noncontact measurement of middle diameter, pitch and thread angle of external threads in both metric and American systems is realized by applying machine vision technology. Experimental results show that the measurement and evaluation of the thread parameters can be implemented by using the abovementioned software, which can not only provide correct measurement results, evaluate whether the measured screw thread is eligible, but also avoid unnecessary lookup of thread standards list manually, and consequently increase the measurement efficiency.
