摘要:
输电线路的巡视、检修、抢修工作是保障电网安全可靠运行的重要基础工作,为提高巡检效率水平,优化资源配置,需制定科学合理的巡检路径规划.车辆路径问题(vehicle routing problem,VRP),通过分析输电线路巡检工作的内容和特点,制定相应的目标体系及约束条件,建立了基于VRP的输电线路巡检路径规划模型并通过算例验证了该模型与求解算法的可行性.利用Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0和Matlab混合编程,开发输电线路巡检的路径规划决策支持软件.通过巡检路径规划模型的建立及分析,为电网科学高效运行、维护奠定理论基础.
Abstract:
Inspection, overhaul and maintenance of transmission lines are basic work for the safety and reliability of the power grid. In order to improve the level of inspection efficiency and optimize resources allocation, a scientific and rational inspection route was designed. The content and features of transmission lines inspection were analyzed, the VRP model was established based on transmission lines route planning by formulating the corresponding target system and constraints. An example verified that the VRP model and algorithm are feasible. The decision support software for path planning was developed by using Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0 and Matlab. Thus, the research on the VRP model may lay a theoretical foundation for scientific operation and maintenance of the power grid.
