摘要:
提出了一种新型的流体脉动噪声消声器,其优点是直径小、安装方便、消声效果好,与膨胀腔式消声器相比有显著的优势;实验结果表明所设计的水消声器不仅结构紧凑,而且在很宽的频率范围内都有令人满意的消声效果;适用于安装在大口径管路上消除水泵以及阀门产生的流体噪声.
Abstract:
A novel device for attenuating the effects of fluid flow pulsations was presented. The advantages of the device are smaller size, easy installation and good attenuation effects, so it has obvious advantages compared with the expansion chamber silencer. The result of the experiment shows that the tightly packed structure has a satisfactory acoustic attenuation performance in a wide frequency range. The developed silencer is applicable for the large diameter pipeline to attenuate the noise of pump and valves.
