摘要:
为解决方形矿用隔爆箱箱体螺栓组均布情况下,受到内部压力时各螺栓受力不均的问题,提出了一种方形压力容器螺栓组布局的优化方法。该方法利用ANSYS有限元进行建模并受力分析,然后对ANSYS有限元的分析结果加权处理,利用Matlab工具对螺栓组的分布情况进行布局优化;然后再次进行有限元分析,发现螺栓组的受力状况逐渐均衡,利用该优化方法反复优化,发现螺栓组各螺栓受力趋于均衡,表明该优化法的有效性。
Abstract:
A new method was presented to solve the problem that the stresses of bolts were inequal when the bolts of a square flameproof box were distributed evenly and under the internal pressure load. This new method adopted ANSYS finite element modeling and did force analysis of bolts, weighted the analysis results of ANSYS finite element, then used the Matlab tool to optimize the distribution of the bolts group, and then did the finite element analysis again. It was found that the stress status of the bolts group reached balance gradually. The optimization was done repeatedly and it was found the stresses borne by bolts tended to be equal, proving validity of the method.
