摘要:
应用废气再循环(EGR)技术通过改善柴油机燃烧进程以降低NOx排放。基于AVL-FIRE软件搭建TBD620柴油机仿真模型对其缸内燃烧进程进行仿真,并分析EGR技术对其主要性能指标带来的影响,据此判断不同运行情况下的最佳EGR率,在兼顾碳烟排放不致过高的前提下实现NOx最终释放量最低。结果表明,柴油机工作负荷越大,缸内NOx最终释放量越大。因此在高负荷工况下,应采用较高的EGR率来满足降低NOx排放量的要求;在中负荷工况下,NOx排放量已经大幅降低,综合考虑其动力性、经济性因素,选取适中的EGR率;在较低负荷工况下,NOx产生量已经较低,EGR率对减小NOx释放量的作用十分有限,故采用低EGR率。
Abstract:
The use of exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) technology reduces NOx emission by improving the combustion process of diesel engines. TBD620 single-cylinder diesel engine was modeled on basis of AVL-FIRE(a simulation software) to simulate the combustion process in cylinder, in addition, the effects of EGR technology on the main performance indices of diesel engine were analyzed to determine the optimum EGR rate under different operation conditions, so as to achieve the lowest final NOx emission under the premise that the soot emission is not overhigh. The results show that, as the operational load of diesel engine increases, the eventual emission quantity of NOx in cylinder increases, therefore, at high load, a high EGR rate shall be applied to meet the requirements of reducing NOx emission; at medium load, the NOx emission has been greatly reduced, after comprehensively considering the power performance and economic factors of diesel engine, a medium EGR rate shall be applied; at low load, the NOx emission is quite low, the effect of EGR rate on reducing NOx emission is quite limited, therefore, a low EGR rate shall be applied.
